Anyway, the Backend User Administration has two functions:
- Compare User Settings
- List Users Online

The first has an icon in the result list to switch to a user. The 
functionality of that tool is still to group and compare users by the 
options you can select with the checkboxes.

In order to do this compare it has to load the entire configuration of 
each and every backend user.

If you haven't ticked any options this isn't necessary and the basic 
user data is enough.

Can you open a ticket in the bugtracker for this?
