[TYPO3-english] Invalid Security Token!

ExtDirect: Invalid Security Token!

Validating the security token of this form has failed. Please reload the
form and submit it again.

This is driving you nuts when you have to reload the complete backend over
and over again because this security token is blocking everything.
In 4.4.you simply reloaded the frame - working!

Isn't there a better solution as since we use 4.5.2 our development speed
actually decreased complete because of slow backend, those "tokens" etc in
the backend.
