[TYPO3-english] how is 4.5 BE is "heavier and slower" for you?

about me: it's not Firebug (have it, but usually disabled), nor FF (the  
site is slow also with Safari)

i also managed to have all BE compressions in 2 websites, .htaccess  
optimizations..
but my general feeling is that all that ExtJS + something else is making  
4.5 BE slower.
and also resource eager.
i started having problem in the server with unusual overloads (ok i ahve a  
couple of sites with several editors..
but the same server worked perfectly for latest 3 years.. since updating  
to 4.5 in february we are having problems.

now i'm trying to move one of the biggest sites to a new empty server and  
see if there is any difference
