[TYPO3-english] Pagetree > 1000 pages

Hi Steffen,
there is a limit in the web->page - module. It only displays 1000 pages. 
In the web->list module there is no such limit.
The question is how to change that limit. One such customer is 
modeopfer110.de. The pagetree looks as follow:
  x1
  x2
  x3
  mode
      mode labels
           label-1
           label-2
           ...
           label-1100
  ...
They have more than 1000 Labels and all of these pages are on the same 
tree level. They are currently running 4.4.6 but it doesn't work on 4.5 
neither.
