Apparently not in the php.ini for the CLI version of PHP. The error 
message said:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to 
allocate 37793 bytes) in ....

67108864 bytes = 64MiB

I've seen in the past that there are some systems which have separate 
php.ini configurations for the command line interface (=CLI) of PHP and 
for the one used by Apache.
