[TYPO3-english] Upgrade problem

Hi list

My provider has helped me upgrading to 4.4.7 and all I had to do was to run 
the upgrade wizard and update the database.
Having done that, I deleted the _temp_chached files.
But something went wrong and all the symbols in the backend for clear 
chache, edit, delete, copy page ect has been replaced with a red question 
mark.

How can I solve this?
