[TYPO3-english] Spacer/Menu Separator

In older versions of Typo3, I've seen a page type called, "Spacer".

However, in my version of Typo3 (Version 4.5.0), the only thing I see that is remotely close to that is "Menu Separator".

Is that the same thing? If not, how do I use a spacer in version 4.5.0?
