[TYPO3-english] Sometimes No News_ID message

Now I got the error again

The url looks like this when I go to single view : 
www.domainname.com/index.php?id=116%L=0 - and the message no News_ID

If I click back and refresh the site and try to go to single view again, the 
url than suddenly looks like - and the news is showed

http://www.domainname.com/index.php?id=116&L=0&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=48&cHash=832ff9e0494aef7795b6822e00dcbda8
