[TYPO3-english] HTML5 Boilerplate with TYPO3

Now I would like to include the elegant:

meta charset="utf-8">

with this method, but I cant seem to be able to get rid of typo3 ugly:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

Any idea there?
