[TYPO3-english] Typo3 4.5.0 - 4.5.2 running real slow, both front- and backend

You should have your server administrator have a look at the setup, but most new TYPO3 installations have a lot of debugging log enabled(deprecation log etc.), have a look at this: http://lists.typo3.org/pipermail/typo3-team-core/attachments/20100522/dbd2e8b5/attachment.asc

I'm hoping that someone can help me getting started on finding out why ALL my Typo3 installations are running so slow, both in back- and frontend.
Backend I can live with, but frontend end is critical.

It's the same on alle installations, fresh installes, so I know that it's not some extension that I install.

HOW do I work out what is doing it and WHERE do I start looking?

I enclose my system information for starters.
