But Enable_dl was already on...and SOAP and OpenSSL too. It's strange...

Well, not really. I had the same problem yesterday, but I don't know what 
was wrong.

I think I had to set enable_dl = On in php.ini.

As quickfix, you can just comment the mentioned line.
