[TYPO3-english] Copying no longer possible

Are you working using an admin-user in BE? Lately had a case where
certain "rights" were not okay but there was no error-message as well.
Symptoms were also that you get the "insert"-icon but nothing happens
afterwards.

Did you change something? (Of course not :-)
