[TYPO3-english] help indexed_search

hello,

i want to make the default indexed search to be advance search because
the default doesn't search utf-8 characters. so any one who have a nice
idea. and how can i make the default *MATCH*:  to *sentence* rather
than*part of word
*because the *sentence* search utf8 characters but not the others.* * pls
let me know.
