[TYPO3-english] question about transferring typo3 site

Hi,

I am transferring a typo3 site to my local machine (WAMP), but when i open
the site localhost/test, it shows:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at localhost and inform them
of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may
have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

what could be the problem?
BTW, on my computer I have built another typo3 site, it is working well,
only the one i just transferred has the problem.
