[TYPO3-english] Create local copy of Flexible Content Elements

Hi,

When coping a page all the content elements are created as references to 
the original elements.
But I can't create local copies of these Flexible Content Elements. The 
button is there, but nothing happens when clicking it.
I have FCE's inside other FCE's.

Is it a bug or what do you thing?
