Hi

a customer brought up the following question:

In my TS Setup, "config.sys_language_overlay = 1" (with LangBinding on 
in the Backend) makes sure that untranslated articles will fall back to 
the version of the original language. That's fine for most of the cases 
in that context.

But there is also another use case: that the editor either doesn't want 
article to appear at all in the 2nd language site - or that he's still 
translating it (Workspaces not enabled) and HIDES that article he just 
localized.

With the setting above, the hidden article triggers the same behavior as 
a non-localized article; it falls back to the original language.

But the user had expected that when a localized article is deliberately 
hidden (as opposed to not localized at all), that fallback wouldn't take 
place.

Is there a way to achieve such a (or similar) behaviour?
