[TYPO3-english] radiobutton position

Hi, i am trying to add radiobuttons to a form in the "normal" column of the
pagecontent and they are always displayed on the top, even though they set
near the bottom. how can i fix that so that they are shown in the order i
put them

you can see the way its shown in the browser in screenshot.png and the way i
put them in screenshot-01.png
