[TYPO3-english] 4.5 new extension manager problem

I have an upgraded Typo3 from 4.4.6 to 4.5.3. All works well excepting
new extension manger. When I upload to there new extensions,  edit
extensions configrations or update database in em then is coming always
same error message: Connection Problem Sorry, but an error occurred
while connecting to the server. Please check your network connection. 

 

Actually I was testing that in 3 my test cms, everywhere are same errors
and error_log messages are showing PHP Fatal error:  Cannot use object
of type stdClass as array in
/var/virtual/typo3_src-4.5.3/typo3/sysext/em/classes/connection/class.tx
_em_connection_extdirectserver.php on line 262, referer:
http://my_domains/typo3/mod.php?M=tools_em

My Php version is  5.2.10, Apache is running on 2.2.3, using RedHat

I have googled and havent found right solution. One solution was to set
parameters allow_url_fopen = On, safe_mode = Off, but I have already
these in my php.ini.
