[TYPO3-english] Update to TYPO3 4.5.4: domain omitted in URL when calling page from BE

Hello,

I just found another issue here when upgrading to 4.5.4:
when you call a page from the page-tree menu, using "Show", a new window 
is opened with "http://index.php/?id=139" instead of with 
"http://www.mydomain.nl/index.php/?id=139"

Any ideas/similar experiences?
