[TYPO3-english] make specific BE user able to delete files created from other user

Hello, 

I have the following situation: 
Group: Editors
Users: userA, userB, userC => all members of the group Editors

Page with following rights: 
- owner (userB): all rights
- group (Editors): all rights except delete

I want to make userA some kind of super editor that can delete all pages. 
But I don't want to change the rights for the page so that the group Editors
can delete page, 
because I don't want userC to do so. 

I also don't want to make userA admin-user, because he's only an editor (but
one with ability to control everything).
