[TYPO3-english] Charset encoding problem since 5.3.6

Hi!

 

I have upgraded my Windows server to PHP 5.3.6 + Apache 2.2.19 and since,
all my content in FE is badly encoded. 

I use TYPO3 4.3.11 and it used to work with PHP 5.2.17 in Chinese, Greek
etc.

 

I followed UTF-8 recommendations on TYPO3 wiki, but with no success.

Where to start from? How to be sure that my content is really stored in
UTF-8?

 

Any help will be appreciated.
