[TYPO3-english] Default wrap from rte

Hello List,
  I have some static texts on my page and some default wrappers in html

<div class="container">something</div>

In template based extension I have no problem with my div.container 
cause I can just add the container to the template. But what with my 
static pages ? How can I configure RTE so when I add a normal, standard 
text it will be wrapped with this div ??
