[TYPO3-english] Old page tree in beta4

It should appear in most core modules in beta4, but there can be a few 
reasons why you still see the old page tree. It was still as a system 
extension in beta4 because it was developed in a separate project.

In RC1 it will be integrated in the core (not as an extension) and by 
default present with all BE modules which have the pagetree visible.
At the end of the week RC1 should be released, so then you should enjoy 
the new pagetree too without having to figure out why it's not visible now.
