[TYPO3-english] Icons not working

I have just installed typo3 4.4.6 and templavoila on a new site. Somehow 
when I click on the icons in the tree stucture, the normal menu is not being 
showed. Also if I go in "filelist" and click the icon on a html file fx - 
nothing appears with rename, edit etc?

I am running explorer 8 and have also tried in firefox - and the same 
browsers on a different computer. They simply don´t show and no error 
appears in explorer windows.

Is it somekind of access problem or a new "feature" in 4.4.6 ?
