[TYPO3-english] crawler 3.20 and Add Process

Dear List,

I just upgraded the Site Crawler to Version 3.2.0.

Typo3 Version: 4.3.10

Now I'm not able to start processes from the BE anymore. By pressing the "Add Process" button I get the message:

"New process has been started, refresh to monitor the state."

But after a refresh nothing is shown. A process has not been started.
Executing the php script cli_dispatch.phpsh is working.

It describes exactly the same problem I have.
In my php configuration safe_mode is OFF and the disabled_functions are empty. So popen should work.

php.ini:
safe_mode = off
disabled_functions =

Is there something else I have to check, configure?
