[TYPO3-english] Remote Debugging in Netbeans & symlinks

Hello,

I have for the index.php, typo3_src, t3lib and typo3 folders symlinks. I
need to do a remote debugging from Netbeans, but in the settings I need to
give a relative path to index.php within my project. The symlink for
index.php points outside the web root. (ex. my web root on server is
/var/www/<domain>/htdocs and the TYPO3 source is at
/var/www/<domain>/<typo3_src-x.x.x>/)

Does anyone had this problem or a suggestion how I can still debug keeping
the symlinks?
