[TYPO3-english] template installation

Hi Steffen,

This is what I did for trying to install TPL_transition on my site (I am
using typo3 winstaller 4.4.6 ):
**1. create a folder namd fileadmin/templates
2. unpack tpl_transition.zip to fileadmin/templates
3. copy paste in constants
4. copy paste in setup
5. click "template"->"edit the whole template
record"->"includes"->"include static "->"CSS Styled
Content(css_styled_content)".
After these steps, I tried to view the whole site, but no template shows up,
only the plain text "HELLO WORLD!"
any suggestion about this?
