[TYPO3-english] Export typo3 website Error

Hello Guys
 
Happy New Year And I wish All members are very happy 
 
For my Problem ,when I want to Export my Site Just Show me (
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
)
it's can't complete export , my database it's more than 1 GB and mysite more than 4 GB,
 
Please Anyone Help me and Give me The instruction To Do This Export
