[TYPO3-english] Access to xml tokens (LLL) from php

[Gorosito Gonzalo]

We're taking a resultset of a direct SELECT from a table via using pure PHP
Code, so we need to translate the values of one field, and translate it
using the XML translations that we already have, all pure PHP, no
typoscript.
