[TYPO3-english] Redirecting to home page when links are broken

Thanks Markus,

I checked and it was redirecting already, but for some reason the CSS
and JS files weren't being referenced properly. The issue seems to be
when theres a broken link for files, such as
www.host.com/directory/file - the last slash messed things up.
