[TYPO3-english] EM issue: not able to install/update language packs in extension manager 4.6.0 and 4.6.1

Hi Vincent,
recently I got the very same message. Finally I found out that the hoster's server had a firewall rule blocking the repository servers (even though they claimed to sell a typo3 package!).
