[TYPO3-english] Good Hosting company for Typo3

Kia ora!

Being married to a Kiwi have some experience with how the Internet works (or doesn't) in New Zealand. Although I have no experience with hosting there, I'd recommend you to use an NZ hosting provider (I also think VPS or dedicated server is a good idea). Even when the price is higher than that of some US, Europe or Asian host, you're bound to lose much of the speed you pay for: Latency is a major problem when accessing overseas hosts from NZ. I did some basic testing last time I visited, and ping times from my location in Hawke's Bay was 300-350 ms to a US East Coast server. (Ouch! You need a very bad NZ host to beat that.) B-)

We have servers both in the US and UK, but for NZ clients (if we had any), I would use an NZ provider. No question about it!

Best wishes
