[TYPO3-english] PLEASE HELP - IMAGEMAGICK NOT FOUND

Hi Markus
I've just spoke to my hosting company and this is what they said:
LiveHelp:safe mode id already off
LiveHelp:let me check with exec function
LiveHelp:Derik, I have verified Samfe_mode is already off and also Exec
is also enabled for your account on the server
Derik:Ok thanks, did you just enable it now or was it enabled all the time?
LiveHelp:it was already enabled all the time
Derik:Could you also please check disable_functions=dl, exec, system,
passthru, popen, pclose, proc_open, proc_nice, proc_terminate,
proc_get_status, proc_close, pfsockopen, leak, apache_child_terminate,
posix_kill, posix_mkfifo, posix_setpgid, posix_setsid, posix_setuid,
system, symlink, symlink for me as well...
LiveHelp:disable_functions = dl, system, passthru, popen, pclose,
proc_open, proc_nice, proc_terminate, proc_get_status, proc_close,
pfsockopen, leak, apache_child_terminate, posix_kill, posix_mkfifo,
posix_setpgid, posix_setsid, posix_setuid,show_source, system, symlink
LiveHelp:that is what in php.ini file inside of your account
LiveHelp:see that disable_functions list
LiveHelp:and exec is not included in that list
LiveHelp:that means its already enabled for you
LiveHelp:but please note I can not make it enabled server wide as it
our shared server
Derik:I understand, but what about: Possibly these functions are
disabled due to security risks and most likely the list would include a
function like exec() which is use by TYPO3 to access ImageMagick.

also enabled for you account .. so no issues with this
LiveHelp:if still typo3 does not showing its fine then you must
downgrade Typo3 version
I've even tried 4.4.4 on another account but got the same issues.
I am not sure what to do now, any suggestions...
