[TYPO3-english] new form element

Hi All,

I am trying to set up an email form with the new form element in Typo3 4.6. The new interface / form builder are excellent. Thank you for such a quality component.

I've been looking for some documentation / instruction on how to get a form working, but am not having much locating something similar. My form is built, but the output on the front end only includes the following:

<!--  Mail form inserted: [begin] -->
<fieldset class="csc-mailform">
    <div class="csc-mailform-field">###LABEL### ###FIELD###</div>
</fieldset>
<!--  Mail form inserted: [end] -->

Can someone point me in a direction?
