[TYPO3-english] TSconfig to disable non-editable records

In access list I can able or disable the editing of all the content on a 
page, but this isn't what I need.
I think the better way to make you understand my problem is to attach 
the sceenshot of my BE, so look at it and thank you again!
Every record in this page view must to be editable, but the grey part, 
the tt_news plugin records
