[TYPO3-english] T3 4.5.5, TemplaVoila 1.5, Localisation Flags in Web Module

Hi All,
Having a spot of bother with the language flags in my page module with  
TYPO3 4.5.5, TemplaVoila 1.5

All the flags in the "Localisation" panel above the page I'm editing show  
as old fashioned looking [?] icons (unknown.gif) instead of the flag  
sprites.

I tried to use:

mod.SHARED{
   defaultLanguageFlag = gb
   defaultLanguageLabel = English
}

To force at least the default language to work, but this didn't achieve  
anything. I flushed caches and deleted the entire contents of the  
/typo3temp/ folder too, with no results. The second language (Spanish) is  
defined on the web root correctly and the language flags show up OK in the  
list modules, it's just the TV page module that appears to be kaput.

But it seems to suggest that any such problems were resolved in 4.5.0, so  
I'm a little stumped, unless there's been a regression or breaking change  
 from Typo3 4.5.3 to 4.5.5, which seems unlikely to me but you never know.


I have another installation whose only apparent configuration difference  
is that it's running 4.5.3 instead of 4.5.5, I've compared everything else  
I can think of with no success!

Can anyone suggest where to look next?
