[TYPO3-english] Sidebar with static title from 1 level page

Hi people, I have a new challenge with a sidebar menu. What I need to
do is that on a side bar menu, the title of it should be the level 1
title of the page tree structure no matter on which level I am.

How could I do that if it is possible at all?.
