[TYPO3-english] Cooluri and cal location

Hi Joe,

the problem is that you have 2 mappings for tx_cal_controller[uid]. With 
the way cal creates links is not very CoolUri - friendly.

You have to create your own userfunc for this parameter that would 
return different values based on the other tx_cal_controller[view] 
parameter.
