[TYPO3-english] backend won't load after fix for Expected parameter $conf['scriptSuffix'] was not given.

I've added changed "enableCompressedScripts";s:1:"1" into 
"enableCompressedScripts";s:1:"0"
but no effect. Is there a way of clearing the cache without the backend?
