on one of the sites I updated ExtBase is in use. With the other site I'm
now not 100% sure, I'd have to re-check that.

Yes, I cannot open the website, nor backend login or even install tool.
Everything is just showing up the error.

One of the sites gave me a more detailed debug output I took a
screenshot of which you can find attached.
