[TYPO3-english] ReflectionException error after upgrade to 4.4.3

Dear all,

after upgrading from 4.4.2 to 4.4.3 the following error shows:

ReflectionException

Class does not exist

Error is shown on all relevant sites (login, frontend, install).

Any hints are appreciated.
