[TYPO3-english] typo3/init.php error

Dear all,

After coming to the end of a very laborious Typo3 4.1.x - 4.3.5 upgrade 
we are now getting the following error. If anyone has any idea how to 
correct this we would be very grateful. TV is 1.4.4 and the init.php 
file doesn't exist.

to open stream: No such file or directory in 
/mirror/www/typo3conf/ext/templavoila/mod1/index.php on line 91

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 
'../../../../typo3/init.php'

/mirror/www/typo3conf/ext/templavoila/mod1/index.php on line 91
