[TYPO3-english] powermail file upload failure

Hi,
powermail file upload field gives failure: This file could not be uploaded
(The file is of course right format.)

Anyway the file IS uploaded in the right folder, but the mail is not sent.

It doesn't matter if I have the
plugin.powermail.upload.attachment =
1 or 0

Any idea on how what might cause or how to fix this?
