[TYPO3-english] Page content types not displaying

Hi List,

I have recently just installed Typo3 on my hosted account. After 
creating the page tree and created the templates using TemplaVoila, I 
tried to insert a page content element but the list of content types do 
not display at all. I am using Typo3 4.3.3. I upgraded to 4.4.2 but the 
issue was still there.
