[TYPO3-english] typo3 4.4 backend- add content

Hi all,

I've just installed a fresh typo3 4.4.4 instalation. When I want to add
new content to a page (no html templates, just clean instalation) I can't 
see a button add new content. Also, when I go through list module to add 
a content or a plugin, it doesn't show up in a backend. Did something 
changed in meanwhile or I just need a proper template to get it work?
