* Have a look at http://forge.typo3.org whether the extension is listed 
there (it is not)
* Have a look at the bug tracker on http://bugs.typo3.org (only for 
historic reasons, extensions are listed there), but also not tcdirectmail
* Have a look at the extension manager, usually the email address is 
shown there in the author field (it's not set for tcdirectmail)
* Have a look at the source code (esp. the copyright headers), if you 
find a mail address (don't know)
* Use the feedback link on typo3.org or use a search engine to find a 
mail address of the author.
