[TYPO3-english] copy/paste with backend non-admin user

Hello!

I am trying to copy/paste CEs within a page. This is a templavoila 1.4.4
based website with TYPO3 4.4.
When I copy/paste, they are not linked/referenced to the templavoila page
content element. They are unreferenced.
I found this:

None helps. And then when I assign "edit page" permission to the backend
user group for that page, then copy/pasting works ok for the user which is
member of this backend user group. Now I assume I need to allow other fields
in the Page section of exclude fields for the backend user group. The
questions is which and whether it is possible without "edit page"
permission?
