[TYPO3-english] Frame "No Frame" for content element

I have some content elements on page. For one of them I want to remove
standard wrap (<div id="cNN" class="csc-default">...</div>). To make it
happen I've changed frame type (Edit -> Show secondary elements (palettes)
-> Frame) of this element from "Default" to "No frame".

After doing this I have no div's in source but one strange thing still
there. It looks like this: "<a id="cNN"></a>".

What is it and how can I rid of it?
