[TYPO3-english] typo3temp fills with hundreds of .js files

Hi Jorg,

Maybe you should experiment with this elements value and find a solution 
to your problem. TYPO3 sometimes has more ways then 1 to accomplish what 
you want, or do not want ;)
Like un-setting it by leaving it empty.
Try out the install tool in the back-end.
