[TYPO3-english] extension ratings without ip-check but with cookie ?

is there a possibility (maybe hardcoded) to cange the ip-check of the extension ratings to a cookie 
check...

i have many users in a customer net with the same IP !

is there any extension for that, or knows anyone a patch for this ?
